Repurpose content for social media marketing

Hi,
I am looking for a freelancer who can take content from my own business and convert that into content on Social Media over different platforms - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn. Twitter, Youtube etc.
The content I currently have is video, blogs, long form posts etc. I want snippets from that content to be digested on Social Media through cleverly constructed content as in Memes, video snippets, sound bites, Quotes, educational information, blog posts for the website.
I am looking for someone who can think on their own and can come up with clever ways that my audience can digest different forms of content in attention grabbing way, in a way that is aligned to the brand.
I am looking for someone who can work alongside me but can work independently. I am looking for a freelancer who has experience in:
Social Media Marketing / advertising
Video editing
Graphic design
Email list building
What I want to do is to create content in the form of a video or a long form post and for someone to then take them and create platform relevant content and post on several platforms to make sure that the brand is getting the awareness.
Freelancer must be competent in english and have excellent english written skills
For the first week we will do a probation period to see how you fit in and whether it works for both of us.
In order for us to get to interview stage, please provide work you have completed within a social Media capacity.
