Customize Oscommerce T-shirt template

I need to have a template that will be provided customized for a t-shirt company.

Included:

1) add company logo

2) change the color scheme throughout the template

3) make a few adjustments to layout structure

4) Payment module of Payment included

There might be some minor additions to modify accordingly once the work begins.
