-need to be able to send out newsletters electronically

- Subscription Management (sign up)

- after they sign up there should be a conformation email sent

- Automatically handle unsubscribe

- will be hosted on our web server

- there will be admin section:

- send the newsletters

- view users who have signed up

- manually delete users

we have a small budget.

-I will require unlimited revisions until the final product is provided. Payment will be made after completion.
