We are looking for some way to improve our sending of our news letters.

each news letter has 30-60k users. we throttle it at 100 per hour but we still get messages from yahoo that we exceed the 500 per hour limit.

We are looking for someone to optimize exim so we dont get these error.

i have heard of multiple ques and multiple ips but your the pro so you tell me what we need to do to fix this and make it better.
