rails developer with rails 5 and turbolinks

we have a rails app which crashes on iphone 5/5s intermittently. works fine on desktop and other mobile devices. we think that turbolinks is causing the issue.
the dev to fix this should have a iphone 5 or 5s in hand to test this. can't test on browser stack etc.
