Imagine that you are taking part in development of "chess tournament according to the Swiss system" application. In this case, your task is to prepare the interface for the judge at all stages of the event:
1. Enter the list of participants, indicating their ELO rating
2. Summary of current tournament progress / final results.
3. Calculation of the next round, according to the rules of the Swiss system
4. Enter the games results as a judge (win = 1 = 0.5, draw, defeat = 0).
5. The Judge is entitled to enter scores, the rest can only have a viewing access.
6. Recalculation of ELO rating based on the results of the tournament.
As a result of the task implementation, am expect to see the following:
• Competent work- with the database
• with the Indexes
• with complex queries
• with django and its admin panel
• The application must be Singlepage Architecture, on Backbone (except admin)
• Skills HTML / CSS layout
• Meaningful independent work
