Marketing and Advertising Proposal

Attached are two documents. 1 document is a skeleton outline of a marketing proposal for a small restaurant. I need a freelancer who is experienced at the following: writing proposals, marketing, social media marketing, advertising and proofing. I need someone to build out the skeleton marketing proposal and add direct ways this company can Market itself to the public, franchise itself , get customer loyalty, and attract new customers i.e. through social media, new loyalty programs and rewards, advertising etc.... In the document is a summary of the company and what we are seeking to do. There are 2 documents which should be combined into 1. It should be done in a very clean proposal format and follow the table content used. I'm looking for a 2 day turnaround if possible.
