I need a interface where me and my client can discuss many ongoing projects. Now at days, we use a word document (we call this document "status")uploaded to a dropbox account. In this simple sheet, my client input new Jobs with red font, stipulates deadlines, etc. My answers are in black font, where I make questions about the work to be done, etc. Every job has a name and a number. Inside the dropbox account, I have these same names and numbers in correspondent folders where is stored sample files, .doc files, and any other necessary files to the accomplishment of the task.
After a job is finished, my client moves the correspondente job folder to another folder (a "finished Jobs" folder), and erases the text about that job from the "status" .doc file.
I am sure there must be a better way to do it. Some kind of interface where we can open / close Jobs, insert information, upload and download files without the need of creating dropbox folders to store them, login participants (co-workers, client, etc).
I strongly believe there must be already a solution out there, but I have no idea where... So this can be done easily.
