Itsaboo is a new trendy, stylish and high-quality babywear and accessories brand.
We are currently looking to develop a long-term partnership with an experienced babywear designer.
The first product we are working on is an innovative pram blanket. The second product is a brand new kind of bodysuits. To support our work, we are looking for a designer who will
• Work to create product ranges of apparel and accessories for Boys and Girlswear (newborn to teen) in line with seasonal briefs
• Trend research to include colour, fabric, print, embellishment, trim and shape including textile and functional innovation
• CAD drawing up design work and completing detailed specifications.
• Developing all-over and placement prints in Photoshop and Illustrator, plus appliqué & embroidery designs.
• Preparation of design packs for sample production
• Liaising with Technologists to issue specifications
• Designing, issuing and managing accessories, labels and packaging.
• You'll have a solid understanding of legislation and safety requirements for childrenswear
• A highly creative but commercial designer's eye, passion and knowledge of the childrenswear sector are a must
