Wordpress plugin for max file upload size, and disk space to users based on role

Hi,
I am looking for someone to create me a plugin which will allow me to sign maximum disk space to each user role, and also max file upload. For example I will be able to set basic user as having 500mb or disk space, and allow them to upload files up to 1mb in size. And then I could set VIP user to having 1gb disk space with upload file size of 50mb. I dont want to use existing plugins as these are all old. I would also like this to be in plugin form, so I can add it to other sites I make.
I would like users to be able to view their used and left over diskspace via their profile on the front end.
Please note my site is adult related.
