We are developing a website for booking local entire cottages and tourism activities.
We are using WordPress and Listing Pro theme.
What we need is to develop the booking system and integrate it into my listingpro theme in the following way:
Cottage owner dashboard:
* [Existing] After creating the listing (cottage page) specifying its details, uploading pictures and setting minimum and maximum price per person by night. Then, on the editing listing page [NEW] the listing owner can set which days are available and which not for booking. (images [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL]). This feature must be available for each listing.
Client view:
* If a guest would like to book certain cottage, first, he would like to search for availability on the cottage, so [NEW] a calendar will be shown on the listing page, with monthly view, dates selectable (as a date picker) and it must be able to show which days the listing is not available and which it is. The calendar must appear on each listing on right side. (image [login to view URL]).
[NEW] After choosing the desired dates from 'Start date' to 'End date', an clicking on a button (below the calendar) whose functionality is to redirect to a new page. The button is disabled if the dates chosen are not available (image [login to view URL]). This new page will have (image [login to view URL]):
• Listing name selected (not editable)
• Dates selected (not editable)
• Number of adults (number field, mandatory)
• Number of children (number field, default 0)
• Additional services (textfield)
• Sender Name (text, mandatory)
• Sender Document type (list type, mandatory, with values -> {id: CC, value: ‘Cédula de Ciudadanía’}, {id: CE, value: ‘Cédula de extranjería’}, {id: NIT, value: ‘NIT’}, {id: PAS, value: ‘Pasaporte})
• Sender Document number (text field, mandatory)
• Sender Cellphone number (number field, mandatory)
• A check box to accept site terms and conditions (mandatory)
• A button capable of taking the information above mentioned, calcutate an aproximated total price based on the number of adults and children, selected nights, maximum price per person by night, and a service charge and send it by email to the administrator account, listing owner and guest. The button is disabled if the form has empty mandatory fields or invalid values.

2. We need to integrate "Mercado Pago" as payment gateway ([login to view URL]). Actually Paypal, Stripe and 2Checkout are supported [login to view URL]
