torrent website

Firstly, it would be a public site which will host torrents/or magnet links. It wont be private and shouldn't run any sort of tracker, just listing the torrents should be enough. User registration is optional, registration should come into play only when commenting on torrents etc.

Requirement -

4. there should be place for adding banner ads; one at the top and one at the right hand side. Also should've an option of popup ads. An option should be there in admin panel to enable/disable these ads.

5. kickasstorrents have a daily dump - [url removed, login to view] My site should scrape these magnet links, dump in a database and list it as well. Again an option should be there to enable/disable it in the admin panel.

6. There should be an inbuilt forum.

7. A database should be there to dump all the torrents, magnet links, comments, forums etc.

Admin panel -

manage torrents, users, comments and all of the above.

You can use any kind of torrent CMS out there to achive it.

Script should come with full documentation and would need help installing it.
