I am looking for a freelancer already has a solution with source code for a security management system with below or similar features.
Actors: Frequent Visitors (contractors) and their vehicles, Security & Admin Staff
1- End user would create profile
2- End user create permit request with uploading identity documents of both personal and vehicles'
3- Security Supervisor(L1-Approver), receives request on his dashboard, reviews the details and docs approves or denies.
4- In case of approval, request shows up on Admin Directors dashboard for approval.
5- In case of approval, end user receives an email.
6- Admin staff receives an email to create access card for the person and RFID for the vehicle.
7- At entry point, visitors check-in/out is done using the card/rfid.
