PHP and osCommerce developer needed for team.

Due to the number of projects that are coming to me, I am now faced with hiring a full time developer and maybe a part time developer as well.

Here are the requirements:

Must be an expert in php.

Must be an expert in osCommerce, in all aspects (contribution installation, custom modding, and design implementation.)

Must be reliable and strict communication via Yahoo messenger or MSN messenger.

Must speak and write fluent english.

Must be reachable by phone.

Must use my voice over ip server (ventrilo), you can get the client at [login to view URL] for constant contact during development.

Must be willing to accept Paypal or projects can be listed here on GAF and paid through GAF's payment system.

Must be willing to do the work first and then get paid after work is completed to satisfactory conditions, this policy can change as a trust relationship is built over time.

Must be willing to help bring clients to my webhosting company as needs arise from clients for ecommerce development.

Most of all (HONEST), I can tolerate a good reason for not getting work done due to illness or other reasons, but you need to tell me in advance if other then illness so I can let the cleint know.

Must have a good rating here on GAF.

Must be willing to pass a test from me to see that you can actually do the work.

All clients will that I have remain my cleint, any stealing of a client will be the cause for termination.
