I think this is the logo size and not the menu (the logo is getting smaller is all the height is not different) what I propose is using a fixed width for the logo or % based if that is too large on mobile devices.

What browser are you using? In chrome on Windows 10 it's fine, there is a 'jump' but that's because of the slider, awesome bikes by the way and nice site.
