Here is some background information about me ...
I operate a freight forwarding business based in Miami, Florida ( USA ).
This is how my business works ...
1. I receive customer cargo at my warehouse.
2. I arrange for shipment to an international destination using an appropriate shipping company.
3. I forward all shipping documentation to my customer so that they can prepare for receipt of their cargo.
Up until this point, my clients are mainly other businesses, and the current process involves a lot of time consuming physical paperwork.

I want to automate/streamline this process and offer my services to private individuals located all over the world.
Here is an outline of how the cargo receiving/reshipping process would work ...
1. Client registers an account at my website and is provided a "virtual address with a suite number" at my warehouse.
2. Client ships their cargo to their virtual address ( At my warehouse ).
3. When I receive my client's cargo, all related information ( weight, dimensions, photographs, scanned documentation, tracking numbers ) should be entered into the system.
4. Client is given a choice of shipping couriers and pricing based on the actual weights/dimensions of their cargo. Or they can hold the cargo for consolidation with future shipments.
5. Client pays for shipping and any related fees ( Credit Card / PayPal / Wire Transfer / Deposit Account ) and I actually ship my client's cargo based on their preference. All related shipping info should be entered into the system ( tracking numbers / scanned documentation )
*Email notifications should automatically be sent to my client at ever step to make sure that they are always notified.
