Hey! I'm hoping for a little help on my project. I already have most of it done but below I have outlined what I need. I look forward to your replys!
My Project is an Online Notice Board System for my school. I'm using PHP and MySql so developers must have experience in these. I have all the pages already created in html and javascript but I need someone with good coding experience to take care of the functionality. This is a quick job that shouldn't take long for a good coder.
What I need done at the moment; There is a posting page where the user fills in a series of text boxes, then clicks the post button. Each post must have its own unique ID number. On this posting page there is drop down box where the user can choose from four seperate categories eg For Sale, Events, Grinds etc. Whatever category the user picks from the drop down box the post will then be posted on this page. The post needs to be sent to the database first and then displayed on the relevant page. The posts should be displayed on the page in chronological order starting with the most recent. Also the post should be removed from the page after 10 days. There are four seperate pages, one for each of the categories. On the home page the user can select to view the the seperate pages under the relevant category but also there will be a search function where the user can type in a certain word or ID number. This will then bring up a search results page for the user.
Also I will need a back end user where an administrator must be able to login and delete any post that they so wish from the site. They can locate the post using the unique ID number for each post. This must be easy to use and very user friendly!
