Mobile Application Development (in React Native)

We are a software company working with various non-profit groups in developing a simple reporting application to connect people with the agencies we serve.
The application asks 3 questions in free text format, which then notify the agency.
1. App needs to be written in React Native:
Note: It should not use the Expo framework. Expo speeds up development but limits certain features. It also adds a large list of permissions to any app that uses it. If the list of permissions is not an issue, it would be ok. But I think it shouldn’t be used to avoid issues.
2. App will be connecting via API to AWS serverless back-end using AppSync/Amplify/Dynamo DB GraphQL API, Cognito authentication, Pinpoint metrics, etc. So API must work efficiently with this database service.
3. Source code MUST be included (including version of any components used).
A detailed description of the app is attached.
The app needs to work on iOS and Android.
