ManyChat Chatbot integration with Magento 2 for Ecommerce

We would like to integrate the ManyChat chatbot (used by FB Messenger) to Magento 2.

NOTE: We are NOT asking you to add the FB Messenger chat feature to an existing Magento website. The customer will be chatting in FB Messenger App or via a FB Page.

YOUR TASKS (which you will work with me over 1-2 days to complete)

1)Validate the ManyChat External Request Action (an API REST call) that we have created. It is already requesting a Magento access token

2) Create a ManyChat External Request’ Action to retrieve a specific SKU (e.g. HL00001) from Magento (name, price, qty, description)

3) If the Customer decides to click the chatbot ‘Buy now’ button, Create the following ManyChat ‘External Request’ Actions using he Magento REST API:

- Create a Quote/Cart in Magento and associate with the customer’s Facebook User ID

- Add the product to the Magento Cart

4) When the Customer then decides to click the chatbot ‘Checkout’ button:

- Prepare the cart for checkout and display the Customer’s checkout page URL using the Chatbot

- Once the customer clicks ‘Place Order’, they will see the Magento ‘Order Success’ page (which can be closed by clicking at the top right ‘x’)

- In the background, the Customer will also receive a FB message with Order Number

NOTES:

- Our team has already created the FB Page, the ManyChat chatbot and Magento 2 test store.

- The customer will remain inside FB Messenger App the whole time

- Order status updates in Magneto should be passed to the same FB user ID that is linked to the order
