Make required changes to a wordpress website

I am looking for someone to make changes to a WordPress website that I already have up. The site is [login to view URL]
The things that I will need to have done include:
1) I would like to change the hot right now section so it does not display the featured section off to the left.
2) I also want to take off the dates on the Hot right now section
3) I would want to change the spacing on the author profiles at the bottom so the top row, the outside two, will line up with the bottom row.
4) When you click on an article I would like the author profile box below the featured picture to read, by ____, not about ____.
5) When you click on the actual person inside the article i would want to take out the text in bold that says About:____ because it does not fit with the profile below.
