make contact form 7 display contact form inside [login to view URL] without shortcode

I need to call a contact form 7 form inside the [url removed, login to view] without using do_shortcode.

My function uses ajax (call for admin ajax) and therefore is triggered before shortcodes can be registered. The result is that the shortcode is echoed and not the action associated with it. To make it work I need to echo the function bound with shortcode which is So in essence I want to echo the function that is hooked to that shortcode:

wpcf7_contact_form_tag_func();

I am taking info from the shortcode here:

[contact-form-7 id="4272" title="Variable Email Enquiry"]

So I can see there two parameters in the $args array - id and title
