Magento Expert Needed (Subscription Not Working)

I have an ecommerce site with a subscription service and about a month ago it stopped working correctly. It is not creating an initial order when a subscription is placed. I have added a screen shot of the issue and I have attached the domain name. This needs fixed asap!
