Joomla extension

I have a program in php (backend tables management and frontend car rental booking) and I need it changed to work in joomla!

as an extension. I have the analysis as I know well the market. The coding is very good and very consistent. It is 9 years old

and it is working since then without a bug.

So,

1. I have the analysis that I will send to you and all necessary information.

2. I have the program installed in one domain that I can put at your disposal so you can test the front office and the back

office.

3. I can give you all the php modules so you can see all the calculations that are already programed and working well.

4. I have in another working domain installed the Vik RentCar and I can give you the total access so you can study some

aspects that could help in the new component development.

I would like you to give me a proposal for the development of such a component taking in account that I give you the analysis,

all the php code that is working and two working models that you can test and study.

My budget is not large as I alredy spent some with a couple of cheaters. I'm looking for an honest professional that will not offer to complete the work in 3 days as I know it is impossible. Dialogue is important, I'll give any help nedeed.
