Install Magento Extension & Create 2nd Login Area

We are looking for someone with experience in PHP, MVC Framework, Magento & PayPal Configuration.
We have purchased and installed this music portal script on our domain:[url removed, login to view] The script is a PHP script and was built using the MVC framework.
The Developer of the music portal script says we do not need to install any shopping cart because when a customer buys music downloads the script is already configured to work with PayPal and 2CheckOut.
1. We want to install and configure this Magento Loyalty Points Extension to work with the above music portal script: [url removed, login to view] I think we may have to install Magento Commerce Community ([url removed, login to view]) in order for this Loyalty Extension installation to work.
2. We must test that the Loyalty Points work and that both Buyers (Customers/Music Fans) and Sellers (Artist/Labels) can see their points in their login/members area after purchasing albums or singles.
3. We may need to create seperate login area for Buyers (Customers/Music Fans). At the moment there is only 1 login/members area for both Buyers & Sellers
