Import Data Feeds to CubeCart or similar Free Cart Software

I am currently using CubeCart and a data feed extension but I want to be able to automate or edit the import process and I am open to changing my cart to an alternative FREE cart if it can do this process easier. I require these options: multiple data feeds (xls, csv, etc.) from different suppliers, the usual fields (product, sku, manufacturer, images, details, description, etc.), ability to add freight and profit margin (by dollar value or percentage) to individual categories, update existing stock, add new stock / products from file and ideally be able to pull the file via ftp or http link for automation or fulfill all the other requirements for daily manual update.
