IDX/RETS MLS integration within existing website(s)

Looking for someone ideally long term who really knows his stuff about integrating idx/rets feeds into an existing website, I prefer wordpress for ease & customization. Real estate boards cover Toronto & New York so those who know there stuff would realize they do not disclose agents id or office id, however I would still want a featured office listings, & pre defined area listings, as well as able to push agent's listings on website. I would get website up & running, all for you to do is get the listings connected through rets which I have heard to be better than idx.
