Football Tipster Website with Wordpress or other CMS.

Requirements(This is not the full list as this input box is limited to 4000 characters):
1. Fetch via my API all football/soccer matches per day(at a given time but also check every half hour or hour if something changed, postponed or canceled) from bet365, bwin, betfair and/or others, make a list with all the matches without duplicates and display them in an ordered table by League or Cup title like Premier League, Ligue 1, Bundesliga etc and below the coresponsing matches ordered by their starting time(Primera Division, World Cup, Club Friendly - this names should be as a title above the coresponding matches like you see here [login to view URL]) on a dedicated page in the "back-end" (admin area) for each registered user who has the "tipster" role set up(this are users who register and get the role "subscribed" automatically, the "tipster" role i must set it individually). Tablepress is a good table to display them in.
- the time and date of the football matches will be based on user's location, so for example if one visitor or registered user is from USA, the football match will show in USA time so for example 14:00 but for UK visitor will show 7:00, this should be done automatically and not set by the user so it should be based on their IP location using the free "Geolocation IP" wordpress plugin for example but also the user should be able to set its own GMT like you see here [login to view URL] . The time should be displayed like you see here: [login to view URL], Time zone | GMT +2 Europe/Spain for example so the user will know its the correct time for its timezone. The "Current Time" (or "Current Local Time")on the front end is the visitor's local time.
2. Tipster's back-end(admin area)
-The list with the football matches displayed to the registered "tipster" role user in his backend(admin area) should have in the right hand side of each match 3 clickable buttons with the following text in them: 1, X, 2.
- Per each match the tipster can set or unset only 1 option from the 3 options (1, X, 2)
- The system will know when the tipster selects one option per match or no option because for each correct guess at the end of the match the tipster will get 1 point or if the tipster guesses wrong will get one negative 1 point.
- Every selected option must be visible shown if its selected or not and the tipster can select untill the start of the match and not in play time, so they should be locked like 10 ... 30 minutes before the start of the match. If the match has started, the tipster is not allowed to select any option on that match and a visible lock symbol should be displayed at the end of the table row. (like seen in the screenshot)
- Tipster ranking is displayed as seen in the screenshot [login to view URL]
3. Front-end, main page
- The main page will display the same table list the tipster sees in his backend(admin area) of Wordpress but here on the front-end the title above the 1, X, 2 text for each Premier league, League 1, Premier League etc group of matches will show "Tipster Prediction" and in the right side of them another set of 1, X, 2 with the text above them to display "Visitor Prediction".
- This should be done via a shortcode, so i can add the shortcode wherever i want to display this table with the matches.
