Fix problem with RSS feed

I had a website recently designed on here. I have run in to an issue with the RSS feed that my designer has been unable and unwilling to fix. I need some one off help to have the problem fixed. You must have good knowledge of RSS feeds and wordpress. If you have experience with Podcasts that would also be a plus.
