Export Woocommerce Order header and details and FTP to POS system

My Client is taking food order online using woocommerce and would like to send the order into an MS Acess DB on a FTP site where a POS system will pickup and send the order to the kitchen. Please provide your estimate and also a high level on how to implement this and if this is not possible what alternative method you can suggest.
When Customer placed the following on-line ordered:
Order number: 1234
#70 1 Curry Beef Rice 9.25
#70 1 - No MSG 0.00 (Options)
#80 2 Ham Omelette 10.50 (5.25 each)

Subtotal 37.74

The Data will be save in 2 Microsoft Access database in the FTP server after the credit card approval (See attachments for the sample):
