domain whois and other tools website

I need a domain name availability checking website. Must use some public library to allow check availability and whois details of most extensions. com, net, org, es, eu and more common extensions are mandatory.

Script must be based in [url removed, login to view], you can use as it, or rewrite to allow display results in the same way.

And you should integrate with this script or your solution this whois library [url removed, login to view] This is mandatory.

This is the list of features requested

-add to database or tld array extra fields to allow purchase domains to different providers similar to [url removed, login to view] but allowing 2 or 3 providers per TLD including price and link, not one like ajaxwhois

-allow define group of tlds to search for european, american, asian or other tlds.

-would be great if you allow user define their own set of tlds, his favourite tlds. I prefer any user related details are stored in cookies and not use database at this stage

-other features related with domain names must be added allowing check: PR checking, IP address, extract Meta tags or others, at least 5 different utilities. This will be extended later. Let me know your thoughs about it.

-Interface must work in English and Spanish. Spanish is a must we'll provide translation.

-must give a clean simple design ala web 2.0 and easy to use similar to [url removed, login to view], give a couple of samples. Good usability its a must, any thing that is not under user control is not allowed

-how long would you take to deliver and install scripts

Bids not including list of requested features replied will be ignored.

This should not take more than 4/5 days, but lets extend to 8 days. Payment will not be done until the job is finished and scripts are not installed and tested on my server. Payment via GAF or Paypal, no other ways. If deadline is not meet project will be cancelled and started again.
