Develop Multi-level Registration and Payment Platform

How are you today? Please I will like you to develop a multi-level registration and marketing/promotion plan for my website. Here is what I need done.

The website was built with wordpress. So if you can develop the Multi-level Registration and Payment Platform in wordpress, that will be great, if not, then you can develop it in PHP and link it to the wordpress platform.

My client wants to run a football fans club offline. Now he wants intending leaders in each local government area (that is, each locality) who want to aspire to lead the local clubs in their own neighbourhood to indicate interests by buying the Intending Officers form online at his website for #5,000.

So these intending officers/leaders will have to pay for the forms using their credit cards or through bank. For the online credit card payment, you will integrate [login to view URL] payment platform to the website. You need to make it possible for the offline bank payment to be capture in the website.

By the way, the client already has a functioning Wordpress website. So you will integrate your script or use any plugin and modify it to the way that you suit what I need done.

Now during the registration process for intending leaders, they have to state their localities.

These intending officers have to pay #5,000 (five thousand Nigeria Naira) for the form before they can fill it online.

After filling the form and submitting it, they will be given an affiliate I.D. for example, [login to view URL] which should be numeric and which they can give to prospective fans who will like to join the clubs.

Any fan who comes to the website and pays his registration fee, the person will then be joined to the local club. So there need to be a section where one can see those that belong to people within a certain local club (this will be both the normal fans and the intending leaders). The leader can log in to see those who have paid under him. He will not get any commission from the fans who paid.

Now the ways intending officials will be chosen is that the highest number within that locality that get the highest number of people to register will become the Coordinator, the next leader to get the next highest number of votes will become the Asst. Coordinator, and so on.

Intending leaders can log in to see their likely placements on the leadership positions.
