Develop Android and iOS app for local radio station

I am looking for an experienced Android and iOS developer to develop an app for particular radio station that gives you an opportunity to, besides listening to music of this particular radio station, also choose some other categories, such as news, podcasts, social, contest & giveaways, access to their website and things like that.
An app needs to be designed from scratch (the examples of apps will be provided). You would need to develop something similar to those example apps.
Developer needs to develop CMS for simple app content input and management.
Mobile app and CMS functionality development:
- Playing music
- Volume regulation
- Changing streams
- Fetching metadata (author, title)
- Radio service that allows music to be played in background
- Displaying news, podcasts, promotions, social feed
- Connecting to CMS
- Information
- Banner management (advertising space)
- Possibility to call and send text messages to the redaction of the radio station
- Multilingual integration (2 languages)
- Uploading to App Store and Google Play once it's done
This project requires:
- Experience with building Android and iOS applications
- Understanding large and complex code bases
- Other requirements in order to successfully execute this job
- Being available for cummunication all the time during the period of project development
