Delete spam redirects, fix another redirect and fix Classic editor issue

Budget > £15 - Need it done right now. Loads of potential extra work
1 - Fix conflict error which DOESN'T allow client to switch between BLOCKS and CLASSIC editor. We've tried changing it and saving it (allowing client to switch editors) but it just doesn't happen.
2 - Tools > Redirection >
A - We have an issue with one redirect not working properly?
B - Under 404 redirects there seems to be a whole load of spam somehow. Can we remove the spam/rubbish.
3 - Search Engine Result
We have one link showing in the search engines which is not relevant (should not be)? We have no idea where it has come from AND interestingly this is the same link we had an issue with the redirect above. Can we identify the source from within the website and remove it.
