Customize a Wordpress Template

I`ve bought a Wordpress template for a real state listing website (CitiLights - Real Estate WordPress Theme) and need to make some tweaks:
1. In the Real State agents should not be listed
2. In the property details page, the agent information should not appear
3. Also, the property address should not appear in the property details page
We need to do that in a child template so that I can still update the template.
Adding some work to be done:
4. The contact form in the property details page should not send the email to the agent but always to the same email address that I will provide
5. We need to make transform the template in a web page. So I would like to add a button "Submit your Property" to the upper part of the page that will send the user to the "Submit Property"page.
6. A Login link should also be added by that last button.
