i want simple script that allow me posting in users page after them agrement and control like this vedio above

this script would use user acces token through database (attached with massage)
and sending this post for 20 users (from database) every 40 second for example


the gool is:

1- to post in user pages using (Platform Policy 2.3)
2-to add new user acces token to data base
3-schedule posting 20 every 40 second




how much time can you make this script ?
