Create a Web App

Looking for someone to create a web app within the Shopify platform. Specifically, it needs to have the functionality of [login to view URL]
Here are the user steps for the app:
Step 1: User needs to be able to upload a photo from Instagram, Facebook, or their computer.
Step 2: User then crops the photo based on pre-set shapes (circle and square).
Step 3: The cropped circle/square is then shown to the user in a mockup image on a piece of jewelry.
Step 4: User selects 1-2 additional options for the product.
Step 5: User checkout.
On the backend: I'll just need the user's uploaded photo to have the crop marks (circle or square) overtop of it. This provides me with a trim line when I print the photo.
Again, the app needs to be similar to the one featured on [login to view URL]
