Looking to have a desktop knowledge base created that will store desktop support KB material. Will need to be able to search for process procedures in a local database (share drive) that is easily modified if needed. This software should let me be able to point to our share drive and change that location if needed. Also will need to be able to add our our KB entries when needed.
