Create Bot to automatically collect data from website via debugging

The bot would need to be able to automatically open a browser instance, go to a specific URL and debug and collect information from the site based on specific criteria given. The bot would also have to implement proxy use so each task uses a different proxy to avoid site bans. Finally the bot would need to upload the data scarped to our server.
Additional info
- Bot would need login credentials (License) to operate on client side.
- Results would need to be displayed in a website with a clean ui
- Preferably , tasks for the bot would be set on the website instead of in the bot.
