Convert HTML website to responsive WordPress website

I had to re-post this project again as the previous freelancer couldn't deliver. My website is hard-coded in HTML and CSS. I'm looking for someone to convert this to a WordPress CMS website. If your method of converting my website to WordPress is via using a premade WordPress theme, please don't bid on it because if I wanted a premade theme, I'd have built my website with it already. The reason why the website had to be hard-code in HTML is because it's an apple lookalike website so a lot of features cannot be found in a premade theme. I'm looking for someone to convert it to a customized WordPress theme. Thank you.
