Convert Access accdb application file and Data file to MySQL/PHP

I have an Application File and Data file in Access, using accdb files that I need converted to MySQL and PHP (using OOP).
Accuracy is extremely important. I will be doing extensive manual testing of the output to be sure that the data conversion has been accurate. You must be willing to accept a zero error tolerance for this project, and understand that the project will not be completed until 100% accuracy has been obtained.
Speed is important. I need the results with a week.
You MUST have positive feedback for similar projects. I will provide access to the files to those whose feedback indicates they have the experience, skill and sense of urgency to take on this job.
