Configure Wordpress to run over SSL

Hi guys,
I need to get a Wordpress installation configured for SSL. Usually it's not too much of a problem, but this site was migrated from another developer/hosting company. Seems to be a little buggy in places. Anyway... the SSL certificate is installed and partially operational, but after switching WP over to full https, I end up getting a recursive loop error. So I restored a previous backup for now.
Also, while troubleshooting the issue, I discovered the following generic? error. (note: the site is still operational with the error. Not sure if this is related, but we probably want to resolve this as well.)
