I have a website project that need to be completed by Monday.
It is a small project mainly a intro page, and a bottom menu where we will ad external items.
but the project is described in detail page by page, step by step in the attached PDF. READ it 3 times please, make sure you understand BEFORE you write a bid.
Too many freelancers just bid and dont know what it includes. Please know what you bid on so its an accurate price.
Make sure you can build it using Bootstrap 4, and that you can work weekend and deliver by deadline.
