Fix a SOAP problem with Magento

We recently moved from a hosted account to a VPS server (iozoom). The environments are similar. Running the same code with the same version of PHP.
Under the host the SOAP call was working fine (PHP V5.6.3). On the new VPS, the SOAP call returns and error under PHP 5.6.3 with the attached error.
The SAME SOAP call does work, when PHP is set to 5.4. So it seems to be a issue with the way SOAP is set up on this VPS under PHP V5.6.3.
I am looking to get the SOAP call working on the VPS under PHP V5.6.3.
You should know your way around Linux and Plesk to get this job done.
