Custom WHMCS Module To Install Applications on Remote Servers

We want to add new features to our hosting service which will enable customers to install applications in the WHMCS client area.
When a customer signs up with us they provide a username and password combination which are stored as custom fields in WHMCS these are then used to create the customers account.
The WHMCS server connects to the remote servers through a perl script and on each server there is a bash script [login to view URL] which creates the customers account automatically once the payment is received ./[login to view URL] username password where the username is custom field one and the password is custom field two.
Bash scripts have been created for the 19 applications I want to offer to the customers these are all run with one or two custom fields.
