Translate WordPress theme into Arabic and customize its functions

I need to do some customization on the following WordPress theme:

The requirements will be the following:

1. Translate the theme into Arabic.

2. Create a sweet date child theme and configure it to use the Arabic language

Terms and conditions (please read very carefully before you bid):

• Progress has to be reported on a daily basis. If there is no communication (daily calls on Skype or status reports update) we will report this clearly as an issue in the final feedback report.

• Payment will be done only when the milestone is complete. No matter how it took to develop or to revise the work. Complete here means acceptance from our side and no error/issues/bugs, etc. in other words, quality is very key.

• The project has to be finished within 5 working days maximum. If the final milestone is not yet delivered by the end of these 5 days then we will report it as a "Failed or Report Incomplete Project" and we will submit a report of our feedback on your performance. No matter how small or big any work left on the project by that time.

Please do not bid if you can’t comply with the above terms and conditions as I’m very strict with them.
