I am looking for a WordPress Developer to convert static HTML pages into a working WordPress site.
The site is currently in the design stage so I do not have final requirements yet but looking for estimates based on the following. The website will will be a photography website. There will be several templates:
1. Homepage - with editable banner with multiple images and headlines. Several blog posts with short excerpts displayed, linking through to full post.
2. Information template - e.g About us page, will contain editable text and an editable banner
3. Gallery - publicly visible gallery of featured images with captions. Potentially using the plugins EnviraGallery or NextGEN Gallery, suggestions on other plugins welcome. Gallery images can be clicked and viewed fullscreen in a popup. Galleries should allow paging and in the backend photos can be sorted, deleted etc.
4. Password protected galleries - as above, the ability to add infinite galleries that are password protected. Users can log into a private gallery by entering a password on the front-end.
5. Blog listing page
6. Blog post page - editable banner image and text
7. Contact form - simple form to collect enquiries. Using Ajax validation, potentially the Contact form 7 plugin but again suggestions welcome.
8. Thank you page - editable thank you message
I’m looking for the CMS to be setup in a way that makes it user-friendly to use. This includes the ability to add posts and pages and sort these and how they are displayed in the navigation The front-end HTML/CSS will be taken care of so I am just looking for WordPress development.
Ideally I’d like to see existing projects you have worked and if possible access to a demo site so I can see how you set things up in the backend.
