Scope of Work

Work to include complete website and APP (android, I phone) production for
Rx Mile High Frequent Flyer Club "Marijuana Faithful". Production scope will
simulate www.highthere.com and www.weedmaps.com with additional function of
member posting of events (public or private) to includes the following:

Admin Settings
. Add Pages & content for the website
. Manage Content
. Add images
o For website
o For Gallery
. Manage images
. About Us page
. Potential IP tracking of location for adjusting Language,
Calendars/Events, Ads etc
. Track number of visits and currently logged in (Total / Country /
Region) and per month etc.
. Social media connections (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
. Different payment methods (PayPal, Visa, Points...)
. Restricted info
. Privacy & terms & conditions pages

Membership Management
The membership module would be configurable & would be managed by admin.
They can set the category for the memberships & also would be able to set
paid/free memberships.
. Add Membership category - admin will be able to add the membership
categories from back end. Categories include free, paid etc.
. Manage Membership category - created membership categories might
be managed by admin. Admin can edit, delete categories as per requirement.
. Manage Members - admin can manage the members from back end. They
can edit, delete, and suspend member profiles. Admin can also change the
status of the profile as active or inactive.
. Membership Options (permissions, opt in/out, registrations,
welcome messages etc.) - admin can add welcome message, allow status
permissions from back end
. Create membership plans
o Add Membership privileges
o Add membership plan pricing
o Free member & paid member privileges
. Approve/ Block Members - admin will be able to approve & block
members. Each profile created will be subject to admin approval
. Profile updates approvals - each time any contact details, email
id etc. are updated it'll also be subject to admin approval.
. Set Notifications options
o Welcome email - set up welcome email as per template
o Payment receipt
o Payment pending
o Failed transaction
o Renewal
o New membership registration
. Termination requests

Feedbacks & Star Rating
. Customer feedbacks can be viewed & approved from here. All the
customer feedbacks can be shown on a grid view and approve and reject
buttons will be there.
. Admin will be able to approve/block the feedbacks posted.

Add Event (Post Events)
Users will be able to add events. Events added should be approved by admin.
Events can have different costs both to create and to participate in.
An Event can be open to the public or limited to for instance to one or
several member types. Pics, videos, docs etc can be kept per Event

o A non-member should be able to search members and see their profiles
but not contact them. A member can do more detailed searches and post their
own profile. A member can also contact other couples through web email
system.
