Build an Online Store with strong admin side to import/export products

I need you to create a store with a strong admin side in PHP language.
ADMIN SIDE: (Normal tasks plus)
1.- See, check and IMPORT data from other wholesale stores.
2.- Manage the imported data quickly from excel / txt or whatever. For example, change text description.
3.- Publish in my ebay account from the admin, or create a file ready to import to ebay, with the selected items.
4.- Communicate with customers. (send emails / track records, etc.)
STORE: (Normal tasks plus)
1.- Show the items imported from wholesale stores, with imported pictures and info.
