Build a Detailed Page or Template for Wordpress Pages

I am looking for someone to build a Detailed Wordpress web page that I can use to create other similar pages. If you think this description means a template, then it is a template.
Please let me know what you will use to create it and that you are able to train me on how to replicate the same template to create different pages.
You do not have to use a Wordpress builder to do this but if you are conversant with Visual Composer and you can create similar pages with it, it will be added advantage.
