Add Paypal and Stripe Payment Functions to Website -- 2

Looking for an experienced PHP developer to add Stripe and PayPal payment functionality to a commercial document sharing scrip that we've modified as a press release submission site [url removed, login to view]

Currently the script does not support payments, I would like to add a step to the document upload process to have the customer select their preferred payment method PayPal or Credit Card (Stripe) and complete a payment successfully before the document submission is finalized.

The developer will need to integrate Stripe and PayPal API's and create appropriate/needed web form components to allow a customer to pay for document submission.
